Welcome to Pack 200 - FUN WITH A PURPOSE

Pack 200 was selected as the Northeast District 2018, 2019, and 2021 Pack of the Year! We are located in northeast Indianapolis as part of the Northeast District of Crossroads of America Council of Boy Scouts of America. We meet on Tuesday evenings 6:30 - 7:30 pm at Holt Community House, 6235 N Olney St, Indianapolis, IN 46220, located in the north parking lot behind the Glendale Branch of Indianapolis Public Library.

No meeting this week. We all hope you enjoy the holiday. If you are traveling, please travel safely.

Our next meeting will be on December 2nd, and we will vote on this year's Pinewood Derby theme!

11/18 Court of Honor

Good morning everyone,

Today we will have our Court of Honor. We will have someone from P282 coming to take pictures so we can update our board. Please have your scout wear their uniform. If you only have the Class B uniform, that is fine. B is for fun, and that is what we do every week.

After the CoH, we will have den meetings.

There will be no meeting on November 25th. If you and your family are traveling for the holiday, please travel and return home safely.

On December 2nd, the scouts will vote on a theme for the Pinewood Derby!

Hello Everyone,

Tonight, we will have den meetings.

Next week, on November 18th, we will have a Coat of Honor. We will spend the first 15-20 minutes giving the scouts the belt loops and any other recognition they have earned by the end of October. Again, the scout shop closed on October 30th and is scheduled to open on November 18th. Some loops were out of stock. If your scout does not get recognition or all of the loops they earned, we will make sure to get them to the scouts ASAP and do a mini-make-up COH for them.

Hello Pack 200!

First of all, I would like to extend a HUGE thank you to all of you for a fantastic Halloween party! The scouts seemed to have a blast! It wouldn't have been successful without the help of this community.

Tonight, we will have den meetings. This will probably be the last week we can meet outside, since the temperature seems to be dropping next week.

To have it on everyone's radar, November 18th is our Court of Honor. The scouts will receive the belt loops they've earned so far. Since the scout shop is moving, they experienced some stockouts for a few loops. The shop plans to reopen later this month at 7340 Shadeland Station. We will do our best to get the items that are out of stock to your scouts as quickly as possible.

Halloween Party

Hello,

The Halloween Party this week, 10/28. I have to work late that night and should be there just a little after the meeting starts.

This event tends to run long, so let's set up early at 6:15 and start at 6:30.

Den leaders and parents (coordinate and assign tasks!) will run an activity for about 8-10 minutes each, and we'll keep scouts grouped together as they rotate from one activity to the next. The last 10 or so minutes will go to best costume contest vote by voice. (I am preparing myself now for the overstimulation of noise).
